1. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, notify us at v.gupta@gresova.com before the 14-day period expires.

2. Return conditions

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
  • Items must be securely packed — we are not responsible for damage in transit on return

3. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalised orders, or to B2B trade orders. Variations in glaze colour and texture are characteristic of handmade stoneware and are not grounds for return.

4. Damaged or faulty goods

If your order arrives damaged, email v.gupta@gresova.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method as the original order. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
