1. About us

Gresova Ceramicca is an Indian sole proprietorship that exports handmade stoneware ceramics. All enquiries: v.gupta@gresova.com.

2. Order process

This website operates on a request-to-order basis. Submitting an order form does not constitute a binding contract. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability, pricing, and shipping terms. A contract is formed only upon written confirmation from us and receipt of payment.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated and communicated at the order confirmation stage. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order confirmation.

4. Product descriptions

All products are handmade. Variations in glaze colour, texture, and dimensions are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects. Product images are representative; actual pieces may differ slightly.

5. Shipping

We ship to EU member states. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. For B2B orders, Incoterms are agreed per order.

6. Payment

Payment terms are communicated at order confirmation. We accept bank transfer (SEPA and international wire). Orders are not dispatched until payment is received in full.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. This does not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence, or to fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For B2C customers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply and take precedence where more favourable to you.
